Two TÜRKAK-accredited laboratories tested this harvest: diastase activity of 44.27 Schade units against a legal minimum of 8, HMF of 6.2 mg\/kg, proline at 534.56 mg\/kg, and no trace of added sugar. Both reports travel with the jar.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOne kilogram, drawn from the first run of the harvest, in a single large jar presented in a walnut box lined with linen. It comes with both laboratory reports, a handwritten note on the season, and the option of engraving. One is made each year.
