Shipping
We ship worldwide from Türkiye. Orders are dispatched within three working days, in a rigid box with the jar cradled in moulded pulp; each parcel carries the batch number of the honey inside.
Express delivery takes three to seven working days to most of Europe, North America, the Gulf and East Asia. Duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Returns
Wild honey is a food product and cannot be returned once the wax seal is broken. If a jar arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and the jar and write to us within seven days: we will replace it or refund it, without argument.
Crystallisation
Raw honey crystallises. It is a sign that the honey has not been heated, not a fault. Stand the jar in warm water (never above 40 °C) if you prefer it liquid.
