Refund policy

Wild honey is a food product: once the wax seal is broken it cannot be returned. If a jar arrives damaged or the seal is compromised, photograph the parcel and the jar and write to us within seven days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it in full.

Crystallisation is natural in raw honey and is not a fault; it shows the honey has not been heated.
