The Three Origins

One 250 g jar from each origin, the cave, the hollow oak and the high meadow, in a single oak box with the three laboratory reports folded inside. The clearest way to understand what altitude and place do to honey: taste them side by side.

Each jar carries its own batch number. Never heated, never blended.

The wild colonies we follow across Anatolia give about four kilograms of honey a year in total. This jar is part of that four kilograms, which is why it is numbered.
